We are not doing anything for Easter. With that said I think that depends on you. Are you always so stringent that you never partake, then I’d eat dinner with the fam. Or am I always saying well it VD or Easter or Memorial Day or My Bday and then it throws me off track, I’d just bring my own food. For me I’d probable combine my 2 last meals just so it feels more hardier and I’m more satiated and not tempted to eat the desserts or potatoes. That is the hard thing with dinners like these, how much butter or cream did they put in potatoes, what did they do with the ham? So I don’t know. During the 60 day challenge my brother said “why don’t you just eat the hamburger.” and I said to him why don’t you support me and cheer me on and say good job on staying true to your goals. He shut right up.

I did one of the build challenges where my calories were at like 1850 for 40 days Meal plan 1 I’m 5’2 146 pounds didn’t eat bad before and still lost weight and changed my body composition. Believe it or not when you eat food you actually burn calorie. When you eat what your body is supposed to be eating your metabolism gets lit and burns even more calories. I think we as women have believed this 1200 calorie non sense for all too long. Just my two sense. Your body composition will change for the better.

The written portion says Landmine row Sets 3 10/10/10 (drop sets, each arm) That is where I am confused, because the written portion says Landmine Row, not one arm landmine row

I see a couple things that could be. The Atlantic salmon filet, not weighed in oz also doesn’t measure cooked versus raw. Same with quinoa. I believe cottage cheese is non fat cottage cheese. Anytime you sub such as English muffin for ezekiel bread you will be slightly off also. Hard boiled eggs seem a tad high also. Point being you and I and Nicole are always going to come up with different numbers based off of selections we use. And cooked versus raw weight does matter.

She went over this in the video she did on Sunday. But your macros in MFP most likely will not line up with hers because of the amount of variety and user data stored in MFP. She recommended you just follow the meal plan as written.

I haven’t looked at this one yet but I like to mix my oats in the almond milk first and then add it all in. I make overnight oats for 5 days M-F. So you should be fine

I wouldn’t put too much weight into watches. I have a samsung galaxy 2 active and it tells me I burn over 1000 calories a day. And my fitbit that I had for years prior would have me closer to your numbers. Watches are so subjective. I do not believe my watch and if I didn’t like it for other reasons I’d toss it and go back to fitbit. It way overestimate my calories burned and my sleep.

I know for me when I work out at in the evening I’ll have meal 4 and 5 together. I eat meal 4 as dinner and then use meal 5 as my dessert. But thats just me.

A lot of times it has to do with the tracking app used. Also the food that was logged, is different depending on brand etc… MFP also allows all sorts of user data. Im sure if we just follow the plan as written we will get results.

I do this now. I’ve done it in past challenges. I’m not sure what the team would say. But I believe I’ve heard Nicole say as long as your eating the food and following the plan, you will get results.

During one of her 60 day challenges I was at 1804 calories. I’m 5″2 and was probably 165 pounds and lost weight during phase one. You won’t gain. You will surprise yourself.

Just a suggestion. But if you use cronometer, it is an app you can download, to look up your game it will be a more accurate macro nutrient profile as it comes directly from NCCDB or the USDA and it will have all sorts of cuts and roasts to pick from.
