I emailed yesterday about the Landmine Row video and they were aware. They said they were about to film that video soon and it would be posted before Phase 2 starts.

hpboyerParticipantAnother option is to pick a different fruit from the exchange list if you are too full and uncomfortable. For example, I am on meal plan 2 and I get 1 and 1/2 FR so I exchanged a banana and a half for all those berries. I put the bananas in my shake (add it to the 1 scoop of protein and water). I’m not full at all and I love it. Just another idea.

If so, cut them up into cubes, wedges or whatever you wish. Drizzle some olive oil on them and add whatever seasoning you want, toss. Stick in the air fryer. 360 for 16 minutes, flip halfway through.Or, you can do the same on aolumnium foil in the oven. Delicious!
hpboyerParticipantI have mixed the PB in with the crepe and it was good. Haven’t tried mixing in oatmeal yet but plan to soon. I like it!
