    Good morning Cindi! That’s awesome we share the same music styles 🙂 I know Britney Spears sounds like a weird confession but it gets me moving during cardio lol. No way can I use it to lift lol. Have a great weekend!

    Depends on what you are looking for and what you feel comfortable wearing. I am a big fan of Nike frees. They give me the support I am looking for (barefoot) and they let my feet breath. I like feeling as grounded as I can while training or doing cardio. I hate everything about a shoe that feels bulky and suffocating. Frees are the way to go in my opinion.

    Hi Cindi,

    My style of music might be a little different, but Pandora has always been there for me. For cardio I like Britney Spears radio and Electronic Cardio radio. For lifting I change it up a lot (Lil Wayne radio, Hard Rock Strength Training radio, Rap Strength Training radio, Drowning Pool radio, Slayer radio and Alternative Endurance Training radio). Hope this helps you get the pump you are looking for 🙂
