The pumpkin bread serving size is 4 but the macros at the bottom say per loaf. I am using the 5’4 womens meal plan. I can have two slices of the loaf and I would double the macros for the loaf?

I don’t think we are to eat 14 oz of tilapia for 1 serving. the recipe calls for 1 1/2 pounds and the serving size varies. I think in the 5’4 height group it’s 4 oz and other height groups it’s 6 oz. The macros don’t match for 14 oz.
