I’m using dbs for the split squat if that’s what your talking about? I can’t take much more of the barbell with the squats, and step ups
I’m 40 and can get my HR up to about 185 and I’m fine…. I think as long as you’re recovering you’re fine.
Mine weighted almost 1800 grams so then I divided up unto 6, my meal plan is 2 servings for a meal! Giant bowl of soup :D. Makes me question if I messed up lol

Sorry to hear about your knee that’s not fun at all 🙁oh I like how you think, I think as long as the macros total up at the end of the day I dont see why you couldnt do that… as for the chicken question I wanna know now too
I am finding macros way off as well…. kinda frustrating.
I just entered all my ingredients for the protein granola bars and mine are 100cal more than they should be!I know Nicole’s answer would be have another meal. If you have plain non fat greek yogurt in any brand its fine but any flavored will have loads of sugar added. The pb granola bar has fat carbs and protein that are accounted for in the meal so you’d be skipping a big portion of the meal.
Do you have to eat breakfast so early? Any way that you can wait? I will drink coffee in the morning and wait as long as possible to have my first meal. I ate meal 4 at 5pm gym by 645pm then post workout meal was at 9pm
Yeah so all I did was use some of the egg whites(or whole egg) and 1/2 tsp baking powder and some salt and blend up the oatmeal for pancakes/waffles and eat the rest of the egg whites scrambled
