ParticipantMine weighted almost 1800 grams so then I divided up unto 6, my meal plan is 2 servings for a meal! Giant bowl of soup :D. Makes me question if I messed up lol

ParticipantI know Nicole’s answer would be have another meal. If you have plain non fat greek yogurt in any brand its fine but any flavored will have loads of sugar added. The pb granola bar has fat carbs and protein that are accounted for in the meal so you’d be skipping a big portion of the meal.

ParticipantDo you have to eat breakfast so early? Any way that you can wait? I will drink coffee in the morning and wait as long as possible to have my first meal. I ate meal 4 at 5pm gym by 645pm then post workout meal was at 9pm

ParticipantYeah so all I did was use some of the egg whites(or whole egg) and 1/2 tsp baking powder and some salt and blend up the oatmeal for pancakes/waffles and eat the rest of the egg whites scrambled

ParticipantYou’re going to have to weight the cooked potatoes based on your meal plan so it doesnt really matter exactly what’s going into the slow cooker;)

ParticipantI make my chicken in the air fryer and it’s so juicy and tender! If making in the oven I would recommend keeping it covered in foil that also helps keeps it juicy.
