Someone asked earlier about her post workout shake being right before meal 2, it was suggested to wait to eat 2-3 hours before eating meal 2. My dilemma is that my post wourkout shake will be right before meal 5. If I were to wait 2-3 hours after drinking my post workout shake to have meal 5 I will be eating meal 5 right before I go to sleep. Would it be better to eat all of my 5 meals before my workout and have the last consumption be the post workout shake or have meal 5 right before bed?
