Hi Nicole,

I have been doing your challenges for years and one on one. I need help understanding nutrition and was going to take a nutrition course. Have you heard of Precision Nutrition Certification program and what are your thoughts on this program? is there any certification program in nutrition that you recommend?

Nicole, you did great last night and I really thought you should have won. As the commentators stated, it was very close and all of you had the same physique. I thought you looked the best. They also said it was very subjective, so who knows why and what they were looking for if it wasn’t you. You have motivated me and turned my life around. Please continue to compete, even though you can’t have that burger all the time…but hey, look what you get to look like. I enjoy all your post and look forward to them all the time. Sometimes if you don’t have a new one up, I revisit lots of old ones just so I can learn more.
Don’t let this get you down, things happen for a reason and next YEAR, you will come back stronger, make history and WIN!

We love you and I wish you would come to Maryland so I can meet you. I may try and come to one of your phat camps, but my work schedule is tight.
