JillParticipant
I’ve just checked again and it is 1.5 servings, so I get an extra one of my small ones – happy start to the day for me
JillParticipantI think it is designed to pick whichever option suits your taste as long as macros are met. You could even eat the same meal all day
JillParticipantif it was 1 serving it would actually be a lot of food – I made two small pancakes per serving but I expect them to be filling because of the ingredients
JillParticipantI mixed everything together and made a meatloaf. I measured ingredients for 7 portions and just cut the loaf up into 7 – really easy
JillParticipantI used the jumbo pan. It worked fine
JillParticipantDo you set your activity on the exercise button cos if you don’t that makes a difference
JillParticipantI have always worked out fasted. Really enjoying the smoothie straight after then meal 1 a couple of hours later
JillParticipantI did it fasted this morning – quite challenging but end of week is always hard. As it was shorter overall than other cardio days it was certainly doable whilst in fasted state.
JillParticipantI find chicken hard to get down also, too much seems to make crave something sweet (which I don’t succumb too!)
JillParticipantNo forcing here sorry, seem to be mostly hungry!
JillParticipantOops that should read 5th weight training
JillParticipantI have taken cardio acceleration to be our 5th training as it says on cardio page to do 5 days of cardio and the workouts given are examples to choose from. The cardio acceleration uses weights.
JillParticipantI use a George Foreman grill for most of my cooking, but as it is summer here in New Zealand my husband will cook it on the BBQ for me!
JillParticipantThere is a post on another thread (under general chat I think) that gives some advice on what to do.
JillParticipantI’m in New Zealand too. There weren’t many videos I couldn’t watch and that was earlier in the week even. I’m sure they will all be up by end of today (our time)
JillParticipantJust re read Nicole’s recipe and she has said you can make up to four days in advance if they are stored in an airtight container!
JillParticipantPersonally I would say no they might end up like a hard lump of oats. They don’t take long to do each night.
JillParticipantI worked out in a gym that had stairs to get too. I could hardly walk down them normally after I had finished my leg workout, had the wobbles – love it!
