Hi Nicole! I am already about 6 weeks into a fat loss stage, so my current macros are more closely aligned with phase 3 of your program. Should I just start the 40-day challenge with the phase 3 macros? I already lift in supersets 5 days a week and have added 3 very slow steady-state 30-minute cardio sessions to my program. Your program with the supersets, Tabata training, HIIT and Intervals will be a huge boost for me. But I wasn’t sure if I should move my macros back up to where I was 6 weeks ago or if I should just leave them in the phase 3 range and let the cardio do more of the burning work.
