I made these with raw turkey (kind of like a crust for the egg) then added eggs to the top. Didn’t quite fill the muffin tin, but close! They turned out great!… like a little breakfast sandwich patty YUM!

Did you use cooked or raw turkey when making these?

I also tried the muffins today…
Is it possible that the flour should only be 1 cup (not 2?)
I tried that way and they seemed to turn out.
They’re still more like a biscuit than muffin…
With the original recipe I didn’t have enough liquid to mix in the dry

You are fine to add that. It won’t make a difference calories/ macro wise

In previous challenges people have started on Sunday instead of Monday – keeping the order of days is important so you don’t end up working the same body parts without rest

This really depends on your accommodations
Previous challenges, I’ve prepped everything and brought a cooler. Prepped the big stuff that needs to be mixed and cooked then bought additional items at a local store once I arrive.

14 grams is correct- it’s tiny compared to the Amy of cucumber but works with the tzaziki

This comes up every challenge and Nicole always suggests to follow the entire plan as written. You are building muscle and need to FUEL! I felt the same way as I ate WAY less than the meal plan suggested by my body actually adjusted and I lost weight with more food.
It’s been said before but doesn’t hurt to repeat… TRUST THE PROCESS! She knows what she’s doing 🙂

In Canada I found PC Blue label Tzaziki had similar macros as well as one at Safeway /Sobeys called summer fresh

The whole recipe makes 8 servings, so each loaf pan would be cut in 4

    I noticed the same.
    For Crazy 8s is it 8 rounds then the 4 mins @ 3mph? then 8 rounds followed by 5mins @ 3mph?
Uphill Battle- I’m totally confused- unless theres an extra round that shouldn’t be there?
    THANKS!

    Hey guys
You’re looking at WHOLE egg replacement measurements. Someone correct me if I’m doing it wrong but my cartons (I use 2 diff brands) show 2 tbsp = 1 white, so 1/4 c would =2 egg whites and 1/2c =4

It answered a TON of my initial training questions 🙂

    Thanks Nicole!!!

Hey! My e bars had similar issues. We can’t get NPower protein I. Canada so I think my scoop amt was a bit more than the recipe called for.

Once I got the protein powder grams figured out they were still a little dry, so I added a bit of water as I mixed and mixed with my hands. They turned out perfectly in the end!
