ParticipantThat was my question…I’m miserably sore in my lower half. Couldn’t even do my HIIT workout yesterday. Woke me up all night long whenever I moved. I’m actually starting week one of phase 1 over this week because I was sick for three weeks straight in January. I’m sure that has a lot to do with it not having worked out in three weeks. So would you recommend just picking up the hit either on Saturday or next week when I’m not so miserably sore?

ParticipantSo Im confused and forgive me if its already been covered and I missed it but one tortilla only has 22g carbs. Where does the other 20 come from in Meal Plan 3 , meal 2 option 2? The rest is chicken, cheddar cheese, salsa, lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Help please 🙂 . Should it be 2 tortillas?

ParticipantYes, it’s tough on my bad k ew. But even worse I’m awful at the coordination it takes to do it hahaha!! Hard on the back too, caused my lower back to spasm. Have to find an alternative.

ParticipantI will be traveling on Monday and can’t workout. Could I swap out my rest tomorrow for Monday and start phase 2 the? Also o am staying in a hotel and don’t have a fridge in my room. Wondering how to to pack food on plane and then keep it cold? Or do I just wing it for a couple days?? Thanks for your help!

I do have a question about the high and low carb days…is it correct that on Thursday, we eat a HIGH carb day when it is a rest day? Then a low carb, followed by another low carb, which is leg and glute day?? I would think we’d eat a high carb day on leg day? Can you clarify? Thank you so much!!

ParticipantJust curious….any idea of the timeframe the workouts take so I know how to schedule my gym time? Now, im in the gym for an hour to an hour fifteen. But these look like pretty long workouts…
