I have a rotator cuff injury. Shoulder presses, incline chest presses, and push-ups all cause some pain. Are there alternative exercises? Thanks!

What are the macros for each meal? Is it posted somewhere? I’m watching Nicole’s video from Saturday evening where she talks about the carbs in rice cakes. I’ve noticed that the carbs fluctuate depending on the brand.
