ParticipantI think we all realize it should’ve said “per serving”… but what we are wondering, is if she missed the “per cookie”, maybe these macros were also from a cookie recipe, and not changed to reflect the soup macros.

ParticipantOh never mind…. I didn’t read closely- this is thrusts not squats. I’ll have to look this up to learn about what it is.

ParticipantHOLLY… WHAT IS EBTB?
THANK YOU!KCascio
ParticipantOk, thx for letting me know what the band is called- I had no idea. So my question was, I need to have one of these then, correct?? Or can I do the squats without….. If it makes a difference and the recommendation is to do them with the band, then I need to know so I can order one. Thanks.

ParticipantNot to mention my legs are weak, and I’ve never done squats… so I know I won’t be using much, if any, weight at first. May even have to go to the smaller bars…. so not sure how I’d do drop sets with this….

ParticipantMy take… if you’re actually a little shorter than 5’4, you’d be Meal plan 1. If you’re exactly 5’4 or a little above, you’d be meal plan 2. (don’t take your weight into account, as Nicole has said- go by your height, if unsure)

ParticipantI figured out what was wrong last night… What happened was, when I pulled up the challenge off my computer, I was still continuing to read it from the website… and not the actual ebook download!!! So when I closed down the internet, and then decided to keep reading late into the night, I THEN clicked open the download, and WA-LA! it worked like a dream, opening in another window!!! YAY!! (told you it was probably the user! lol)

ParticipantI would think if you’re 5’6″, you’re not “OVER” 5’6″…. so I’d go with the 5’4-5’6 meal plan 2; remember, it says “if you’re not sure, go by your HEIGHT”… don’t look at the weight amounts.
