ParticipantI think that would be too much? I plan to TRY to move them all back one. So if I were you I’d start with 35, then 40, then hopefully 45?
Since I was going as heavy as I could I ended up maxing out and doing around 4-6 for my last set..and then adding in a 4th set at the previous weight which was hard! I could barely do 8.
Each week your strength will be different I’d imagine-so I plan to gage it the way I just mentioned 🙂krystal berry
ParticipantI JUST caught this yesterday. Luckily no harm done as I have been having meal 5 after weights. Today is my first off day so…meal 5 is to be the last meal. Not the post work out.

ParticipantI was wondering about this too. I did weights, followed by HIIT. Some days I’m hungry in the AM, and some not. Being hungry during work out is the worst 😖
I made a protein shake/post workout meal and drank it throughout my workout. Hoping that’s ok 😬
Before the challenge I would have a mandarin orange before if I was hungry…or banana. Just a little bit of food in your tummy should help? Like making your meal and eating part of it and finishing after? That helps me when I’m hungry right before a work out. I’m not sure about Nicole’s take on this, but that’s what’s helped me 🙂krystal berry
ParticipantMine came out super gooey too. Next time I’ll try adding less liquid. I rolled mine into balls-super sticky, but I did my best. This made it easier to portion-then, Pop them in the freezer 👍🏻 They’re super yummy 😋
