I’m also feeling really full all the time and the high protein has taken most of my appetite away. I am seeing a change in shape but pounds very little. I’m assuming muscle is replacing fat. Any other suggestions on if your primary goal is to shed in stomach. Any other thing I can add or reduce to kick it up in that area? Feeling bloated from a lot of food but i’m trusting the process. I feel like i’m getting smaller tighter but stomach not following. Thank you!
