My mixture is way too dry, a splash of water will not help. My recipe calls for 1 1/3 cup protein powder… Is that correct? Should it be 1 1/3 scoop?

On the food exchange list non vegan the condiments list is all veggies…. Is this a mistake?
    Should it have actual condiments?

I see this has been fixed… Thank you.

The recipe calls for 1 tablespoon olive oil on plan 1. I use that to cook the chicken. This has been one of my favorite meals this challenge.

I am following the plan exactly and seem to be about 280 calories short and macros are short especially carbs… I am using MFP premium. What should I do? I have gone over everything a couple times with a fine tooth comb and even scanned my own bar codes and chose foods with the green arrow next to them.

Hi Tammy, i saw on another post asking about the 1\2 zucchini in the zucchini muffins and Naomi said the 1/2 zucchini equaled 1/2C measured. so i would assume that in the cajan chicken recipe that the 1 zucchini and bell pepper would equal 1C ea.

I am so excited to try my first challenge. I competed in a figure competition fall of 2016 and two competitions back to back this last spring 2017. Since then i have hit a huge burnout wall with my workouts and cardio and have gone on a non stop binge eating session and am now 20 pounds above my maintenance goal weight. Im in hopes that this challenge will be the motivation i need to get myself back on track and takeoff the extra unwanted weight. I plan to compete again in the spring, if i do i will definitely sign up for help on reverse dieting! I am looking forward to getting to know other challengers, good luck to everyone!!

Hey Lisa Snell, I wanted to thank you again for your input and let you know that I have given my Fitbit surge another chance and have really focused on how it works along with how the app works (since I had never had a fitness watch before). I was definitely premature in my judgement. I think my Fitbit surge is working just fine and I will say I love it and think that it is definitely more accurate than I was giving it credit for.

Lisa, thank you for your input on your experience with both watches. I have decided to contact Fitbit customer service regarding my concerns before I make any decisions. I will update and let you know what I find out from them. Thank you again, I found your input to be very helpful.

I purchased a Fitbit surge last November instead of a polar because I wasn’t sure I would like wearing a strap. Now I am regretting my choice because I don’t feel that the Fitbit surge is very accurate at all in tracking my heart rate especially during training or calories burned. And when I sweat it doesn’t pick up my heart rate at all. I have to take it off and dry my wrist and the watch. Now I am going to buy the polar and strap. I’m just not sure if I should go with the M400 or the A300? Any suggestions????
I definitely want a watch with the best accuracy to help me stay on target and keep me motivated. I really regret not checking out this forum before my purchase.
