Thanks! thats what I was doing, but I found a new bagel. and I love bagels.. and net carbs is 5g. so it made me wonder which way I should be calculating.

They are also a great quick carb sub for some meals if you need to “grab n go”..linda.d.carter1ParticipantThese are just big enough.. don’t fluff your eggs..fold. it fits better. I also warm the wrap first. Just wraps easier. I put the tape measure on there so you can see the size.

linda.d.carter1Participantthis is where the exchange list is key. I made a scramble and wrapped it in a tortilla. or make the scramble and have some Ezekial bread (toast). I have also taken 2 6″ tortillas and cut them up in little pieces, gently crisped in skillet. add to the scramble.
