I agree! I wouldn’t say that one meal plan is better over the other but I think variety and balance are important. Each meal option in Phase 1 I chose something different! Sure, some days I want to eat pancakes twice or my chicken, sweet potato, broccoli, and butter twice (and I do). I think balance though is important. I know that my body does not process legumes, dairy, or gluten (grains) in abundance. So I make sure to have variety! Loved Phase 1, and extremely excited for Phase 2!!
