ParticipantMeal 4, Option 2; Replace sweet potato with 2 corn tortillas, cut up turkey meatballs, chop up fresh tomatoes with some cilantro and a little onion, and make a turkey taco.
Or for Meal 3, Option 1; Same general idea, only use ground turkey and you can add a little cheese from the exchange list. I like mozzarella because it melts so well.

Go down to bottom of page for the videos. You cannot access the videos from the ebook, only from the website. Hope that helps.

ParticipantI cook it like Ronna, only I steam fresh broccoli separately, and put chicken & mustard sauce over it. I don’t like the leftover broccoli after sitting in the sauce the next day.

ParticipantDeadlifts target the lower back, so it fits in. Added benefit of also targeting glutes & hamstrings.
