    Hi Nicole, I have another question.

    My goal is to lose fat and gain muscle. I am 5.5, 142 pounds. After a long period of inactivity, two months ago I started training full body twice a week. I have focused primarily on my nutrition by closely monitoring my food and drink intake with MyFitnessPal. My macros so far have averaged around 150gr protein, 140gr carbs, 40gr fat. Sugar around 50gr. 1650kcal in total. I have only lost 4.4pounds so far and zero in the past 3 weeks. Is this too little? If yes, what can I do to speed up the process?

    Hi Nicole,

    This is a bit of a personal question but since you’ve being answering similar questions type before, I thought you wouldn’t mind (or feel free to skip :))

    I’ve been wondering if you use any fillers or botox on your lips? Or is it your natural shape with lipgloss? They always look very nicely shaped and plumped.

    Hi Nicole, in some of your previous videos you mentioned you/your team are able to provide on-line nutrition and training advice. I submitted application in ‘Training’ section a few times but never got a response. Is this only for more advanced clients?

    I recently hired a personal trainer but would like to have additional support with my nutrition and fitness programme. Please let me know if this is possible.
