ParticipantIf the protein is listed in an “Option” such as the 4 Oz 99% turkey that is cooked. If the protein is listed in a recipe, the protein is uncooked, as it will cook in the recipe.

ParticipantYou should try Nicole’s, it honestly is the best tasting protein powder I’ve ever tried. My son is in ROTC, so he works out a lot and he love’s it too!! I can’t keep it in the house, so I order FOUR containers when we were given the discount!! Both flavors are awesome!

ParticipantI went out twice since starting this challenge (to a brew pub) and both times I sipped on water while the other drank their beer. I had a great time and I was perfecting fine with my water, knowing that I was choosing to stick to my goals. Always ask yourself, “Will this help me reach my goals (That’s what I do) and then I can be happy with my decision. It makes me feel so good afterwards knowing I stayed strong!! i think it’s better then the alternative of being disappointed in myself!
