    Today went easier as the day went on- I chose no vegan meals, only meats. Maybe it makes a difference. If I am still so hungry at the end of the week, the next meal plan up is the Men’s plan- is that okay?

    Oh, I’m 5’8, almost 190lbs. According to Nicole’s video about maintenance, I’d be at 2200/day. I’m following meal plan #3, also added in some of the vegan options, but primarily the regular options.

    Ok. This explains my ginormous portions! Msgbe I can get my family to help me eat that meal and I’ll use more of my others. Thanks!

    Thank you! In the past I’ve done everything raw, I think? Maybe I’m putting too much thought into it- just want to follow her plan well.

    I doubled it and weighed the final- it was around 3600 grams, so divided by 12 my soup is around 300grams per serving. Although 2 bowls of it is HUGE!
