Today went easier as the day went on- I chose no vegan meals, only meats. Maybe it makes a difference. If I am still so hungry at the end of the week, the next meal plan up is the Men’s plan- is that okay?
Oh, I’m 5’8, almost 190lbs. According to Nicole’s video about maintenance, I’d be at 2200/day. I’m following meal plan #3, also added in some of the vegan options, but primarily the regular options.
