Thank you SO much! I love these bags! Such a steal! I had to replace one of my bags anyway, so I am stoked!

I divide them equally in little bite sized patties then arrange them about three on a half of an English muffin. So I end up eating six baby tuna patties altogether (for meal plan 3) then melt the cheese on top.

I’m definitely a little hungrier on this meal plan as opposed to the other NW challenges I have tried.

I’m incredibly sore… and I’m a consistent heavy lifter… but staying on point with meals! Which is my biggest challenge.

Depending on your gym membership there is often one close to a hotel… or maybe pay for dropins if feasible at an offsite gym.

Hi friends, I’m a flight attendant and I obviously travel tons…I’ll try to help as much as possible! But I think Naomi covered it best. Few things that are great for travel…
    1) portable oven (Hotlogic)! And Pyrex storage
    2) mini travel blender
    3) 6 pack fitness 5/meal management bag…its huge but stores lots of food for at least 3/ barely 4 days. But take the shelves out it can store twice as much…so heavy.
    4) portion your supp powders…easier to compact in your bags…
    4) one of the cloth refill ice bags incase you don’t have a cooler in your room…or sink/tub full of ice… (always ask for cooler and micro at hotels)
    5) prep some shakes beforehand. The Kamboucha glass bottles don’t leak for some reason 🙂
    6) true lemon packets are great for water

I do realize I misentered a couple servings (protein isolate and muffins) however, my numbers still seem off.

I have a hard time getting it to cook all the way through. It was quite the process of checking and continuous microwave timing.

I as well am concerned if I am meeting my macros too. I am following the nutrition plan exactly as the 3rd female option is laid out. Thanks so much.

Lululemon makes a world of difference. You wouldn’t think it would until you try on one of those puppies! Expensive. But worth it.

Thanks Nicole! I really appreciate YOU! This challenge is giving me the structure I need to reach my goals. Primarily with the nutrition. The workouts are fantastic. I’m unbelievably sore all the time even though I’m a regular heavy lifter. I’m so thrilled with myself for successfully completing week one! Bring on week two!

Is it just me or are these HIIT training sessions super duper hard! I’m not a cardio queen in the first place but man, that LB Dropper was legit hard. ??
