If you have the fabric resistance bands, you can put them around your upper arms and across your chest when you’re doing pushups. That relieves some of the resistance when you are pushing back up.

I’m using my spin bike to do the cardio as well because of plantar fasciitis! I have the myfitness bike so I’m doing interval workouts for the HIIT and other rides for the other cardio days.
