ncouretParticipantThanks for your prompt response. Shoes are adidas, not old, and comfortable. Behind the knee is a constant dull ache that hurts more when I’m not working out. Bending leg while sitting or straightening too long can cause extreme discomfort. I’ve been applying icy hot for some relief. I stopped deadlifts all together bc I do feel it pulling. I did the treadmill incline cardio and felt it the whole time. I really don’t want to stop or give up the cardio interval/ HIIT portion…. or legs I’ve found that since not having the variety of machines etc I’ve started hurting. I’m 5’2 110 lbs and have an active shape. Hope this helps. Thank you

Also, since I have to follow dumbbell/ bands workout, I have started having trouble with pain behind my knees. I have never had pain before but everything requires squating of some sort for leg day. Any suggestions?
