I did the Nov-Dec challenge and loved it. Since August 2016 I’ve gone from 172 to 146. I haven’t been to the gym in 2 months or more. I really kind of got burned out. I know I’m starting a tough challenge and I think that is what excites me. I love the way you put your workouts together. I haven’t mastered the pull up yet and I’m hoping that I can. I love weights but hate cardio, so that will tough. But I’m so looking forward to this.
