ParticipantBeth, I was thinking the same thing with shrimp and honey. Both have been in previous challenges so it seems so odd not see it here in this one, too. Was going to ask what the exchange would be for honey because I prefer it over maple, etc.

ParticipantI just added a whole set of more ingredients except almond milk and the texture came out perfect. So instead of servings for 2 i made 4.

ParticipantI have no idea how to do that. Especially since the lentils are a PC but I’m doing the non vegan meals. How does that work for the lentils? Sauerkraut I’m assuming is a vegetable base that’s primarily in vinegar. So I’m not too concerned but I don’t know with lentils can you help me? I’m doing meal plan 3.
