Beth, I was thinking the same thing with shrimp and honey. Both have been in previous challenges so it seems so odd not see it here in this one, too. Was going to ask what the exchange would be for honey because I prefer it over maple, etc.
I have no idea how to do that. Especially since the lentils are a PC but I’m doing the non vegan meals. How does that work for the lentils? Sauerkraut I’m assuming is a vegetable base that’s primarily in vinegar. So I’m not too concerned but I don’t know with lentils can you help me? I’m doing meal plan 3.
Okay, so you’re saying you have to eat vegan all day for one day to have the one vegan meal? I’m confused because the peanut butter toasty thing looked really good and I still want the beef stir fry. Lol
