ModeratorOk ladies, the solution would be to use any other meat substitute that has the same macros as the serving suggestion for Beyond Meat Chicken would be fine to have instead.

ModeratorHey there- we recommend you stick to what Nicole outlines in the program exactly as it is and if you decide you want to or feel you should deviate from what Nicole has in the program based on your body and your food preferences than that is up to you. But I can’t recommend that you stray from the challenge program 😉

ModeratorHi Janna- yes, it is suppose to be pretty stiff, as the tighter the tension of. band, the more additional intensity it offers. It should lose up a tad bit after breaking it in but not by much (but that’s a good thing) 😉
If the tension is too tight for you at this point in your fitness journey, you can use a looser band, or do the exercise without the hip circle for now then incorporate it in when you’re ready to increase your intensity 🙂
