ParticipantI like to season any ground protein (turkey, chicken, extra lean ground sirloin) with taco seasoning. But pre-packaged, store-bought seasoning has way too much crap that I don’t want to eat so I make my own:
4 tsp chili powder
1 ½ tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp seasoned salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground coriander
¼ tsp onion powderBasically brown whatever ground protein you’re using, mix in the spices listed above and that’s it… super easy. Sometimes I mix a pound of ground turkey with a pound of ground sirloin to give it a bit more flavour. And if it’s looking too dry I add a splash of no salt added beef or chicken broth, and sometimes a glob of no sugar ketchup.
This is my go-to meal. Can make a week’s worth of protein for a lunch or dinner in less than 30 mins.

ParticipantIt looks as though there are 2 pages of the grocery list. Make sure you’re looking at both. The second page seems to be what you’re describing with the beverages, condiments, etc. 🙂

ParticipantI did Day 1 yesterday and it took me 1 hour to do the weights portion (add 30 mins HIIT to that). This morning I did Day 2 and it took me 45 mins. I’m using new equipment and not used to the plan, so I think those times will speed up a bit as I get more familiar as the weeks go on.

ParticipantThe batter recipe makes 4 pancakes. Meal Plan 3 calls for you to eat 1.5. So yes you are correct – eat 1.5 pancakes. You’ll essentially get 2 meals out of the recipe with 1 pancake leftover. Hope that helps!
