I am somehow following the meal plan, but because of my schedule it would me much easier for me if I made rice and chicken and pack them according to the macros to take it to work.
I can do the breakfast from the meal plan, and a protein shake for one of my meals, but the other 3 would be much easier to do rice some type of protein: chicken, meat, or fish.
Could you please guide me?
