ParticipantI just did a body weight lunge for the polymeric, just every other leg like a regular lunge. But I was also dead by the time I got to them lol. The first time I did the burpee bonanza I did a jump lunge for both and I couldn’t make it through the second set of jump lunges. So I look forward to seeing what I should actually be doing haha.

ParticipantJessica! Since you were wondering the same I wanted to reply I tried it! I warmed up the chicken a quinoa a little bit just so it was a little warm and added everything else in cold. Super good!!

ParticipantI would personally make it homemade. I just warm up a pot hot enough a drop of water evaporates right away then pop in the popcorn 🙂

ParticipantOh my i must have did it wrong. I did 45 seconds of jumping jacks (chosen cardio) and then after the round of jumping jacks and other exercises I rested 1 minute.

ParticipantYeah that’s what I was thinking. 3 cups of egg whites with the small amount of dry ingredients seemed off to me. I know quite a few of us have been struggling with this recipe. I ended up making 8 large pancakes ( 1/2 cup of the mixture each) so two pancakes make my serving. But with how much eggs I used the eggs alone covered my protein intake for that meal but there is also the protein powder added in. It was good but I felt like it was not correct. Thank you.

ParticipantFollowing. I did this today and used light weights cause I knew I couldn’t make it through if I didn’t go light 🤣. It was challenging even with the light weights. I did end up doing renegade rows for an entire minute because when I looked it up it said it was the same thing and I didn’t know what else to do.
