    143 grams of carbs (macros) is a lot for one meal

    I see rice over 600 calories with 143 g of carbs. I think That may be the issue. Are you sure it’s enterdd correctly ?

    My rest days are tues and fri. I started the plan on sat.

    I do this through the week mon, wed and thurs (with Day cardio separate session on thurs)

    4:00 am. Meal 1
    5:00 Wrights followed by cardio
    630 PWO meal
    9:00. meal 2
    12:30 meal 3
    3:30 meal 4

    Weekends
    7:00 am meal 1
    8:00 weights and cardio
    9:30 PWO meal
    13:30 meal 2
    3:30 meal 3
    6:00 meal 4

    I wouod Follow the meal plan as close to a T as possible to get the best results If you don’t like those, choose another meal

    Hi. I make Them into muffins. I Multiplied the recipe by six. 2 muffins is one serving in a 12 slot muffin tin.

    Hi Dayna,
    I often split my workouts and do weights in the morning and cardio in the evenings too for the some reasons. When I do this ( like today), I won’t have any meals after my cardio this evening. If I get hungry, I just drink water and I go to bed early.

    Thank you Patty! I’m going to try to make them in bulk this evening. Do you think a pyrex dish would work (Mixing everything together) and baking at 350 for 20 min (ish) ?

    This is a building challenge girl! 🙂 I would follow the plan as written. The challenge isn’t over so you are not done building yet. You could potentially burn off the gains by adding more cardio.
    Everyone’s body will respond differently depending on where they started….trust the process and follow it through 🙂 I’ve done almost every challenge and I always look better at the end then I did when I started! Hang in there!

    It has been my experience, the closer I stick to the plan (weights, cardio and nutrition) the more results I see. I have to do ALL the cardio, ALL the weights and stick to the macros as outlined. You didn’t say how much cardio you cut short, but that could be playing a role in slowing down your progress. I hope you see a difference soon though! Do the best you can with where you are and the results will show !!! Hang in there! We are almost to the end! You can’t stop now!

    Exactly ! i cant agree more with the scale comment. I actualy Go to my moms house where she measures me each week and looks at the scale for me. I dont Know where I even started. And to be honest I’m a little afraid to look at the end !

    But it’s been really less stressful Not knowing the #s. ?

    Trust the process and follow it through. I’m telling you it will work if you’re consistent. You wake up one day and it’s like Ohhhh. I can see my knee caps or gee… i heve Ankles ! Hang in there ! A few weeks left ! ??
