I often split my workouts and do weights in the morning and cardio in the evenings too for the some reasons. When I do this ( like today), I won’t have any meals after my cardio this evening. Rebecca BargelohParticipantThis is a building challenge girl! 🙂 I would follow the plan as written. The challenge isn’t over so you are not done building yet. You could potentially burn off the gains by adding more cardio.
Everyone’s body will respond differently depending on where they started….trust the process and follow it through 🙂 I’ve done almost every challenge and I always look better at the end then I did when I started!
