I do this through the week mon, wed and thurs (with Day cardio separate session on thurs)
4:00 am. Meal 1
5:00 Wrights followed by cardio

I often split my workouts and do weights in the morning and cardio in the evenings too for the some reasons. When I do this ( like today), I won’t have any meals after my cardio this evening. If I get hungry, I just drink water and I go to bed early.Rebecca Bargeloh

ParticipantThis is a building challenge girl! 🙂 I would follow the plan as written. The challenge isn’t over so you are not done building yet. You could potentially burn off the gains by adding more cardio.
Everyone’s body will respond differently depending on where they started….trust the process and follow it through 🙂 I’ve done almost every challenge and I always look better at the end then I did when I started! Hang in there!Rebecca Bargeloh

ParticipantIt has been my experience, the closer I stick to the plan (weights, cardio and nutrition) the more results I see. I have to do ALL the cardio, ALL the weights and stick to the macros as outlined. You didn’t say how much cardio you cut short, but that could be playing a role in slowing down your progress. I hope you see a difference soon though! Do the best you can with where you are and the results will show !!! Hang in there! We are almost to the end! You can’t stop now!

ParticipantExactly ! i cant agree more with the scale comment. I actualy Go to my moms house where she measures me each week and looks at the scale for me. I dont Know where I even started. And to be honest I’m a little afraid to look at the end !
