    Amanda,

I had the procedure just over a year ago and was going to comment to the same. Consultation with the dietitian the Vitiamins are still going to be key and are like meals themself.

I am a male who weights about 240 down from 315 thinking I may have to adopt one of the lady meal plans to see how it works out.

I completely understand…. My former spouse had a habit of calling me “Fatty Patty”. This challenge is going to be the beginning of a year transformation. I am so out of shape I am so sore just from my cardio. Progress not perfection! One day at a time and just taking and submitting your pictures is a great start. I seriously about fell over after I took mine even commenting on the Q&A yesterday. Hang in there and like Tina said it is going to be a great ride .

Becky, I consider myself to be way, way over weight. I’m 53 but pushing about 306 lbs wanting to drop some 70 lbs this year. I have full confidence in Nicole and her team…. Best of luck and you are not alone….

Roberta, I looked at the schedule and I do not see anything related to dips. I see shoulders/abs/ and cardio.

    Nicole,
Thanks for all the valuable information you provide on your side.  I am a 51 year old man who is trying to get in better shape as I weight about 292 @ 6’1”.  I am a disabled veteran who battles respiratory problems such as having one lung, chronic COPD as well as Type II diabetic to name a few.  At this point, little exercise activity but am on my feet walking between 6 to 8 miles a day at work.  At the end of my work day I am exhausted and rise in the morning tired.  Is there something you could recommend to boost energy levels?  Also, what macros would you recommend as I use myfitness pal as you suggest recommending 212 Carb, 47 Fat, 212 Protein and 80 sugar.     Thank You

    Nicole,

Happy Valentine’s day to you and all of your female subscribers. I have been a member of the site now for several months and enjoy the information/videos and dialogue you have with everyone. I am writing because I could desperately use your mentorship to get a grip on my out of control weight. I am a disabled veteran with some limitations most notably one lung and COPD which can make exertion difficult at times. My current weight is about 308 lbs and a BF of about 35%. I have been told by my medical provider this is a must as he just confirmed my Type II diabetes. My current plan is to have about 1800-2200 cals per day with 160-200 carb, 50 fat, 218 protein with sugar around 60 because of my diabetic status. My exercise at this point is nonexistent but I am wanting to start incorporating 3 days of cardio and three days of beginner level weight training. Thoughts? If one on one help would be better, I would be more than happy to compensate for time to help. Thank You…… Jim
