I was wondering that too. Made the muffins and then went, oh, the powder…and what do we do with the coconut oil??? Not sure how to eat this meal…ideas?
I have been doing the same, mixing the oatmeal and almond butter in the yogurt overnight and letting it sit. I had an aha moment today that I could actually cook the oatmeal with stevia and cinnamon for a new twist. It might be more filling. By far my favorite meal outside of the high carb crepes and berries.
