ParticipantJust read another post that someone made icing for the muffins by mixing the coconut oil, protein powder and tablespoon of almond milk. Sounds yummy!

ParticipantI gave up and decided to use the vanilla chobani. I know, I know…. it is the best I can do. I am going to sample the lemon idea though. Love lemon!

ParticipantI was wondering that too. Made the muffins and then went, oh, the powder…and what do we do with the coconut oil??? Not sure how to eat this meal…ideas?

ParticipantI have been doing the same, mixing the oatmeal and almond butter in the yogurt overnight and letting it sit. I had an aha moment today that I could actually cook the oatmeal with stevia and cinnamon for a new twist. It might be more filling. By far my favorite meal outside of the high carb crepes and berries.
