    With teaching two fitness classes and running around all day and then getting in my workouts I am so hungry by Thursday. Then I came down with a major sore throat and cold. Totally messed everything up. Ended up being so hungry yesterday and hit the peanut butter. ? It’s a new day. I’m not sure if I should add more cals if I’m doing more than the workouts.

    Thank you! So on rest days I subtract the total macros without the PP and Rice cakes.
    So 1780 – the macros for PW

    Just eat the tuna! If you are joining this ornif you Know anything about training… yes your going to eat a lot protein.

    In phase 1 do we skip from week 1 to week 3.. Sorry I am a little confused OR just print out the paper and it goes as follows.. Week 1, Week 2..etc for Phase 1?
