ParticipantRebecca, I am looking at Meal 1, Option 2. They are the same. LP, SC, F (added OC in Phase 2 but that doesn’t count). What is different to you? Unless they upgraded the eBook and I have an old version?! Any help is appreciated. And the Meal 5 Post Workout as well, doesn’t make sense to me?!!

ParticipantTo clarify, confirm it is more important to get all the weight lifting and HIIT workouts in (in the order laid out for weight lifting) than to do them M-F only…as long as we have one full day off, we can adjust days (not workouts), correct? This week I was only able to do HIIT on some days and pushed the weight training to the next day but got all the days in with a day off.

ParticipantI am confused by Nicole’s answer…I thought we can substitute “SC” with anything on the list. Nicole says it is different because the “SC” changed from 1/2 bagel to Triscuits and both are on the “SC” exchange list. Are you saying that we are supposed to be following the exact foods that are listed on the meal plans vice being able to exchange them from the list?

ParticipantCarol Anne, I understand the serving size it is the macros that are not the same and if I don’t want the Quiche, I need to know the correct macro breakout. Meal Plan 3 states 3/4F, LP, 2V and Meal Plan 2 (and 1) state 1/2F, LP, V. I want to make sure I have the right breakdown for substitution.

ParticipantHi Jenny, I’m Jenny too:). These challenges work! As I’m sure you know, it’s not about the weight so much as getting your body back into shape and the challenge will do that if you are dedicated! I understand menopause or menoPOT as I like to call it. Patience, dedication and don’t beat yourself up. You can do this:)!! Be the caregiver of yourself for at least an hour or 2 everyday. Kick you know what lady! Good luck!
