    I added the peanut butter that goes with the meal plan option to the recipe and they were great! I’d have used less baking powder because I can taste that. My batter filled my waffle iron. They’re very moist – however I am not using Nicole’s protein powder due to a dairy allergy. This could make a difference in how my waffles turned out compared to others.

    Between my own workouts and my activity level with my job I’ve had to bump myself up to meal plan 2 (I’m 5’2” and 145lbs). I burn about 1,000 active calories daily on top of my BMR. I was miserable on meal plan 1 but I have energy and better focus on meal plan 2. I’m still hungry but I’m not starving myself, so this works best for my body. Go with what is going to help you do the work!

    If they’re not able to do that for you, could you copy and paste the information into a word document or google doc to print?
