    Also To, the video shows a Barbell. Not a Dumbbell. And no “multi gripping” being demoed either. Suggestions?

    Thanks Naomi. I am very new to this type of cardio. So One last question on this Body Weight Interval Workout:

    Is this right?
    Perform interval 1 (round 1,2,3) rest
    Perform interval 2 (round 1,2,3) rest
    Perform interval 3 (round 1,2,3) rest
    Do it all over again one more time. 🙂

    Another question for leg day at home dumbbells. Phase two Friday. Dumbbell walking lunge. Link takes you to bodyweight walking lunge. That’s the right one? Thanks!!!

    So for this move, do I need to go buy a barbell? I only have the at home workout DUMBBELLS.

    On Interval 2 it says: “Down Down Up Up” I could not find what that activity is. Can you explain?

    I hate to bother you guys again but if it is 2 LP, it seems like it would be two servings. But on that note the recipe says it makes four servings. Can we verify that the recipe does make 4 servings.

    Ok I have a question about the metrics/portion size for the Kung Pao Chicken:
    My wife is Women Meal Plan 3 phase 2
    (2 LP, 2 V, F) 1/2 serving
    I am Men Meal Plan 2 Phase 2
    (2 LP, 2 V, F) 1 serving

    So how can the LP, V, F be right if hers is 1/2 a serving?

    So just to be clear (I am new to this)
    Perform each interval three times BEFORE moving to The next interval?
    I understand the fact I have to complete all rounds twice.

    So Phase 2 – meal 2 – option 1
    I guess the thought process is have some cheesecake and then make a smoothie with the strawberry, milk, protein powder? Right?

    Sorry about that. Actually i did all of them today and it wasn’t that bad. It was concerning the At-Home workouts – Dumbbell only plan.

    Would have been the multi grip row. And by pull ups I meant pull the weights up. Where the video shows three different pulls on the weights. Would all three be counted as 1 rep. Since it is a pull. I am sure it is.

    Multi-Grip Dumbbell Row
    1×10 (warmup),
    3×12-15 • 3×8-10
