Also To, the video shows a Barbell. Not a Dumbbell. And no “multi gripping” being demoed either. Suggestions?

Is this right?
Perform interval 1 (round 1,2,3) rest
Perform interval 2 (round 1,2,3) rest
Perform interval 3 (round 1,2,3) rest

I am Men Meal Plan 2 Phase 2
(2 LP, 2 V, F) 1 servingSo how can the LP, V, F be right if hers is 1/2 a serving?

Would have been the multi grip row. And by pull ups I meant pull the weights up. Where the video shows three different pulls on the weights. Would all three be counted as 1 rep. Since it is a pull. I am sure it is.
