ParticipantI actually went to local Chiro about a month ago for consult because I’ve been having frequent tension/migraines. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience with her so I’m still trying to figure out what to do at home to get relief when it gets so bad.

ParticipantGlenda, I believe the workout where you drop a rep each set is for Fridays workout. Totally different than todays (Tuesday). Hope that helps you.

ParticipantI prefer to use the app MultiTimer, I found it much easier to add and customize the intervals!

I asked Nicole in the post prior to the q&a but I don’t think many of those questions got answered on the live, and since I couldn’t get attend the live I still don’t have an answer for my husband LOL
He’s doing the challenge but won’t eat eggs until he hears it from one of you that it’s ok.

ParticipantThank you Moe for taking the time to respond. It wasn’t a huge jump since I had just finished the photo shoot challenge, I think it’s an increase of 200 calories but I can’t remember how many g if carbs we were eating.
The weird thing is how I felt great for the first 4 weeks and now not so much. I changed my meal 1 on some days due to working out at a different time maybe that’s it? But such a drastic difference in bloat/gas in just a few days? It’s odd, I never get bloated or affected by anything. I’ll go back to what I did week 1 tomorrow and see how I feel.

ParticipantI was confused on this too and another move was same way so I did 5 total sets, 1 warmup and 4 within rep range. Idk if that’s right or not but that’s what I did!

ParticipantIts about 1 large cucumber. I cut up 6 cucumbers for 5 days worth.
