    Ladies,
Nicole also puts the word SUPERSET above the TWO exercises to be done as SUPERSETS. I know it can be confusing but assume the two exercises below that word are the ones to superset. I hope this helps.

I found it at Price Chopper and I think it’s the Price Chopper brand….I’m not sure and the package is at home.

I couldn’t find them at my normal grocery store last night so I ate 15 raw almonds today instead. I will go to Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods tonight and check them out. I LOVE macadamia nuts and don’t want to miss out. Or, i will order online like I might do for the tzatziki dressing.

Hi! I get my almond cheese at Trader Joe’s. It’s really good and vegan.

I bought the small cucumbers and I’m also wondering if I need to take the skin off or if I can eat them with the skin on. I haven’t made it yet but grabbed the cukes and tomatoes and feta to bring to work and make it here. Thanks! Sue

So, I made this last night and I weighed out the contents of my skillet and divided it by six and got 4.6 oz. My question is how to eat the green beans and 2 egg whites? I’m getting ready to eat it and I’m at work so I’m going to try to add the green beans into the egg whites when I micro them to make and egg white and green bean omelet? Does anyone have another idea for this??
    Thanks, Sue

    @Kathleen,
You can buy any size bag you want, but you can only have what’s on your meal plan. I just went with the giant bag because it was a better deal! My meal plan lets me have 2 1/2 twizzlers after my workout with my protein shake. I actually really like having a little sugar after my workouts when I get home at night while trying to watch tv before bed. I am finding that I now cannot make it thru the 10pm tv shows anymore. I’m so exhausted after these workouts which I am LOVING!
    Good luck!

Well, I actually had to buy Fage last night as they were all out of Chobani non fat plain greek yogurt, so that is what I ate today. So, mine came in at 130 cals for 8 oz on MFP and brought the calories down a bit. I guess I will stick with the Fage as I liked it, but I’m still wondering if I’m supposed to eat 32g of almond butter with it.
Thanks for telling me about the yogurt.

I found a GIANT bag of them last night for $3.49 (or around that) and the smaller one was $2.79 so I got the BIG one just in case the husband wants to steal some. (Because you know they steal our food!)

Following this one! I was just going to get the sesame one but if we can have cinnamon, that would be nice.

I also would like a suggestion or two for the fat burner. There are so many!!

Also, am I reading it correctly when I see that we get 5 meals on days we DON’T workout?

    Thanks!!

    Hi Wendy,
I am at work right now but I think it is Libby’s brand. I will check when I get home and confirm this.

Thanks Maureen. I will try to make a few of them tonight and see how they work so I can get that meal done earlier. The timing of my meals has not been really great. Thank you. Sue

    Hi!

I’m looking for a recipe to make the oatmeal blueberry pancakes so I don’t have to eat the oatmeal and blueberries in one bowl and then make the egg and eggwhites. I want to eat my pancake on the way to work or even before I get in the car.

    Please help!!
    Thanks,
    Sue

When I made a batch of 10, they came out to be about 1 oz each. I’m going to make another batch tonight and I will weigh them again to make sure they are all the same size.

So this just caught my eye and I had Lundberg Organic Brown Rice cakes (lightly salted) so I used these just once so far and I only ate 2 instead of 3.

The calories for one cake are 60 cals, not 35, the total carbs are 14g, the protein is only 1g, and the total fat is 0.5g.

I’m guessing I need to go buy the Quaker Rice cakes for this challenge since the calories are 25 cals more for each rice cake. Do you agree???

    Thanks, Sue

I’m really trying to eat all of the food, however this week I have missed a couple. I will need to start eating my breakfast earlier and hopefully that will solve my problem! I’m not giving up!!

    Hi Angie,
I might try it that way in a brownie pan.
    Thanks for the idea!

I agree with lori. You wouldn’t be able to make the balls stay together.

What if you don’t have mini loaf pans for the pumpkin bread? If I make it in a regular sized loaf pan, what would be a serving? Can you answer in either grams or ounces please?
If I have to go buy mini loaf pans, I will but I would like to make the bread either tonight or tomorrow
    Thanks. Sue

Irene, I believe you are correct in using the eggs, egg whites and spinach for an omelet and having the oatmeal with the cinnamon and raisins. I would use a very light spray if you have to but it doesn’t list that. Also, the grocery list is for EVERYONE as a guide but you may not have items on YOUR diet from the list. Go thru YOUR diet and mark the items you will be using. I bought some stuff I didn’t need the first time I did one of Nicole’s challenges.
    I hope this helps you.
    Good luck!
    Sue
