ParticipantI agree. Your absolutely right. This lifestyle is a process and it’s trial/error, make mistakes/ correct mistakes, a lot of good growing pains.
This challenge came at a good time not only for me, but I’ve been reading a lot of posts it’s what a lot of us needed to jump start or get back on track!!??❤️??

ParticipantWendy, I guess I went a bit overboard with my words, but trust me it’s litterally not that extreme. It’s like when you hit your toe and for that split moment you want to scream or punch the object thinking it will hurt back( lol) I’ve been on a healthy lifestyle kick for a while now and I normally cross my T’s and dot my I’s, Oh, well I got over it and moving forward

ParticipantKristin, you are not alone. However, you have the right mind set, “TRUST THE PROCESS”. My body is stubborn and does not like change, but I’m trusting and seeing a little progress so I know it’s working.

ParticipantThanks for the encouraging words! Much needed after week one. The meals were okay. I was having trouble with the protein bars. I went and purchased the correct pan. So hopefully, this next batch will be better. Thanks for the continued support
