    I added all ingredients and for some reason I can not make mine roll into balls. It like they are not sticking together to form. Help please

    Happy Monday Team!!!

    I believe Nicole mentioned that when we post pics for weekly drawings our page had to be public.. I have FB & IG. My FB is public but my IG is not. If this is correct, can we post in group as well? I do not want my page public… what do you suggest is best for me?

    Has the final email been sent out! I have not received anything

    I took my after pics this am with the same hashtag that I used in the beginning but said after instead of before. Because I’ll be traveling all weekend

    Is that okay???

    I agree! Sometimes I want to ask a question and I think “how laim is this to ask” but I’ve always been told the dumb questions are the ones you don’t ask

    Ask just like that, I ask and get the most positive, sincere response back. This is so encouraging and motivating to know Nicole and her team truly want the best outcome for all of us!!

    I agree. Your absolutely right. This lifestyle is a process and it’s trial/error, make mistakes/ correct mistakes, a lot of good growing pains.
    This challenge came at a good time not only for me, but I’ve been reading a lot of posts it’s what a lot of us needed to jump start or get back on track!!

    Wendy, I guess I went a bit overboard with my words, but trust me it’s litterally not that extreme. It’s like when you hit your toe and for that split moment you want to scream or punch the object thinking it will hurt back( lol) I’ve been on a healthy lifestyle kick for a while now and I normally cross my T’s and dot my I’s, Oh, well I got over it and moving forward

    I’m on meal plan 1. But for some reason I was eating 2 rice cakes instead of 1. Just happy I’m back on track!!!

    Kristin, you are not alone. However, you have the right mind set, “TRUST THE PROCESS”. My body is stubborn and does not like change, but I’m trusting and seeing a little progress so I know it’s working.

    Keep pushing forward!!! Week 3 here we come!!

    Thanks for the encouraging words! Much needed after week one. The meals were okay. I was having trouble with the protein bars. I went and purchased the correct pan. So hopefully, this next batch will be better. Thanks for the continued support
