Participantnicole explains all of this in her videos and info section. Make sure you are reading EVERYTHING! but, if you were to swap out an item that is the amount and category you’d use. If you did not want 4 egg yolks you’d go to the Fat section and pick 2 Fats to replace it

ParticipantYes, you can have the same meal more than once a day. Last challenge I would eat the same meal 3 times a day. (I do better with simple meals) Only meal you cannot have more than once a day is the Post Workout meal 🙂
