    Because it shrinks or expands, that is why you measure it AFTER it is cooked (or before for oats)

    Nicole has explained this many times and it is in the video and info section, when in doubt go by HEIGHT Make sure you are reading everything and watching all the videos 🙂

    nicole explains all of this in her videos and info section. Make sure you are reading EVERYTHING! but, if you were to swap out an item that is the amount and category you’d use. If you did not want 4 egg yolks you’d go to the Fat section and pick 2 Fats to replace it

    Yes, you can have the same meal more than once a day. Last challenge I would eat the same meal 3 times a day. (I do better with simple meals) Only meal you cannot have more than once a day is the Post Workout meal 🙂
