ParticipantYes I totally get that, but I was under the impression ALL meals were interchangeable so if I wanted to eat meal 4 option 1 the entire time, I could. That doesn’t appear to be the case though…so glad I asked. I will just stick with the macro options for meal 1…then meal 2 and so on. Thank you 🙂
Michelle Hernandez
ParticipantAre they only interchangeable for within each meal bracket? I was under the impression all of the meals were interchangeable. (Minus post workout)

Participantroger that…ty 🙂

Participant👋 good luck! My one and only goal is to post an after picture! I have taken on a lot of these challenges, but have only ever posted 1 after picture 😜 Hope you reach all the goals you set for yourself in this challenge.

ParticipantI ended up getting out a muffin pan doing equal parts then packing them away in baggies. No messy ✋…score. thank you

ParticipantGlute circles are the devil!! They make my azzz cramp…hahaha

ParticipantThank you. I have always felt I was doing them wrong because of that but I will keep on keeping on.

ParticipantI have not started the mens plan yet. I decided to stay the course until yesterday’s weigh in. I am hungry by the time the next meal rolls around but nothing real crazy. Being that I gained a lb. I will stay on meal plan 3 until I reassess on Sunday and see how I feel with my meals this week.

ParticipantOmg I was just going to ask this! Im going to the mens meal plan 1…I’m too hungry! Thank you

ParticipantI thought it was a lot too…then I got to the greek yogurt meal. 12oz. of that seems like a ton. Having a hard time getting it all down right this moment.

ParticipantHello, from sunny Florida. Good luck on the challenge!

ParticipantFollow the scoops too…i also had a question about the greek kabobs on meal 3…it says 2 lp and says the protein count is only 32g…on the exchange list it says for every 4 oz. it is 25g protein but if we subbed the kabobs for 2 lp our protein count will be 50g. Not sure what to do

ParticipantThank you Nicole! Hi Jessica and Anny! Good luck to you two. Looking forward to reading everyone’s journey through this challenge 👏👏

ParticipantSame question here!

ParticipantYep I knew it…scale actually went up a pound and not much change in progress photos. Only thing keeping me going is my corny ways of tracking progress (donut socks) and knowing we are in a building phase. I gain muscle fairly easy.
Michelle Hernandez
ParticipantLOL…Anything to keep going!!
Michelle Hernandez
ParticipantFor me, I don’t get on the scale. I swear it hates me and never moves! I take progress pics but I am so critical I rarely see changes week to week. My husband has to go through the pics and show me where he sees the changes. It’s hilarious in a way, but sometimes I can get discouraged.
Michelle Hernandez
ParticipantI mix the olive oil and hummus together then dip the chicken in it. The hummus is good with sweet potatoes too!
Michelle Hernandez
ParticipantMy donut socks ??

ParticipantAmazing work! Keep it up:) I should probably take some progress pics too. I never get on the scale and I don’t like to take measurements on a weekly basis. My before pics are scary so not sure if I will share like you though….LOL

ParticipantThank you for the continued support and the reminder to take this one day at a time. I have set a goal for myself to compete in Europa here in Orlando in 2019. I want to take this whole year to build and just knowing I have over a year and a half to go makes the journey difficult, but I keep telling myself to take it one day at a time. After this challenge, I was hoping to get with you regarding a 3 month building plan for my goals, because I need to add some size. I love this challenge and I’m sure your training programs are probably a lot more “fun.” LOL

ParticipantOn the topic of food replacement, Tomorrow I am trying to use up some more chicken so it does not go to waste, so I have the chicken/hummus/olive oil/sweet potato meal prepped to eat 2 times. With that being said, one of the meals it is replace is the greek yogurt/granola/whey. My concern is the fat macros. The greek meal does not have near as much fat as the hummus and olive oil. Is this okay?
Michelle Hernandez
ParticipantI think I just got told….LOL…Thank you for the feedback:)

ParticipantAfter work I will be doing weights and then cardio. I am taking an online class too so hopefully I can keep up with everything. Good luck everyone!!!
