    i find some of the workouts on the push day are pull workouts and some on the pull day are push workouts? Is this accurate? On another note i cant see other ppl’s posts on this thread? It says oh bother! No topics were found here!

    after this kind of workout would we have a post workout meal or not? I’m guessing no as its cardio and not lifting…
