I have been participating in Nicole’s challenges for many years… all being filled with great information and amazing workouts. Summer Shred is no different! The nutrition guidance, recipes, and workouts are exactly what I need. My favorite part is how different weeks will alternate different muscles, keeping you motivated while also challenging your body. Also, she takes the time to add in gym and home workouts so if you cannot get to the gym, you can always workout at home…leaving no excuses! Lastly, I have tried various programs from other trainers, and Nicole, by far puts in more time, dedication, and you receive so much with each challenge for the cost! And most importantly, she truly cares about her participants!! I would highly recommend anyone trying Summer Shred and other future challenges from Nicole…you will NOT be disappointed!!
