Here’s a fast-paced workout you can do at home. The workout combines cardio acceleration with 5 movements designed to train your entire body.
All you need is a slam ball, a resistance band, and an interval timer. One round is a little over 6 minutes, so feel free to do multiple rounds.
can we do this as one of our 30 Min HIIT sessions????
