What could be better than a fat burning circuit workout? Answer: one that trains your entire body at the same time!
I’ve got eight moves split into two circuits and the only equipment you need is a barbell.

The second workout will focus on biceps and triceps. It’s a lot of sets, but it will go by quickly thanks to the use of one of my favorite techniques: supersets.
