    The e-book says “You will perform eight rounds of
    each interval for a total of four minutes”. Is that supposed to be 4 rounds? Theres 5 intervals, which 8 rounds total 40min just for the intervals. I’m entering in my timer and its not coming out correct. Maybe I’m inputting incorrectly.

    I am on Meal plan 3. I attached yesterday’s data. The calories are around 300 over and macros are off. They are usually a little off, but i know mfp isn’t accurate sometimes.. Hopefully you can see the screenshot. Thanks for your help!

    Following – I am on womens meal plan 3. I am following meal plan 1 and 2 exact, but in my fitness pal my calories and macros are off and some days when I use the exchange list way off. I know they’ve said mfp will never be exact but wanted to see if anybody else is having this issue and if I should be concerned.

    Hello, I know you are working on correcting meal plan 3 low carb. In the meantime i wanted to make sure i was correct with calculating. Using the low carb meal plan 3, when i input my current meals in mfp i get 1515 cal, 111g carbs, 57g fat, 136g protein. I know you listed the correct numbers in an earlier post which i listed below. So what i need to do is add 20g fat and 30g protein throughout the day to meet the correct numbers? I wouldnt worry so much about it, but i have been really hungry on low carb days and i want to make sure i’m feeding my muscles.:) I tend to overthink things, so if this doesnt make sense forgive me. 🙂
    LOW DAYS
    Total Calories: 1744
    Total Carbs: 105g
    Total Protein: 160g
    Total Fat: 76g

    I am 5’11 and weigh 173. With the meal plan recommended for my height/weight it has a total of 160g protein. I read somewhere else in this challenge where it is recommended to have 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per body weight. Should i follow the meal plan for my height/weight or go up on my proteins to 173-259.5? Thank you!
