I’m confused on the timing too. I was planning on doing 12 sets of 35 seconds for each round (6 for weights and 6 for cardio) and then rest 1 minute in between rounds.
I did one push up and then pulled up my right hand for a row, put it down and then pulled up my left for a row. So just ten push ups with a row on each side in between.
